Your Stress is Your Creation

We don’t always have much control over what happens in the world around us.  What we can have control over is the world inside of us.

When an event happens, the response that arises in your mind determines the degree to which you experience stress in relation to that event or not.  If stress becomes chronic, the mental perception sinks into the unconscious mind which means it becomes your autopilot response.  As your physiology adapts to the repeated fear responses in the unconscious mind, the stress will then anchor itself in your body.  

This means that you and your stress are now ONE.

It is you and you are it.

There are events which affect us all in a negative fashion. But beyond that there are numerous small experiences which may cause tension in one person but not in another. It is these repeated day to day stressful reactions to events which have a cumulative impact on our overall health and well being.

To reduce your stress, it is imperative to become aware of and detach from the minds’ response to external events.

Don’t take your thoughts so seriously.

Take a breath and be still.

Stress cannot exist when you are at peace.

Remember, your stress is your creation. That means you have the power to uncreate it.
