Repetitive thoughts build up a charge that are stored in the body as emotion. Eventually the charge gets so great that it must express itself. After some time, these repetitive thoughts sink down into the unconscious and continue to cycle without your awareness. This works for ideas that are positive. Less so for thoughts that are negative. If you are not aware of these negative repetitive thoughts, they will force you into actions which reinforce the unconscious belief. This manifests as behaviours that repeat over time that are not in our own best interest. The effect ends up being experiencing what you don’t want over and over again. Through meditation and stillness these unconscious thoughts come to the surface where you can observe and bring them to conscious light. When you bring these perceptions to your awareness, you can either change them or channel the built-up energetic charge into focused action of your choice. You are now starting live more consciously. You are now taking the first steps towards inner freedom.
