Know Your Habits, Know Yourself

Your body does not want that extra glass of wine. Your desire does.

Your body does not want to do a triathlon.  Your obsessive compulsive nature does.

Your body does not want to work 10 hours a day for years to be successful.  Your ambition does.

Your body does not want to stay up late watching tv or surfing the internet.  Your addictive nature does.

Your body does not want rock hard abs. Your insecurity does.

Everything that we put our body through is reflective of our inner nature. 

Sometimes making a healthy change is just a matter of having the correct information available and making the switch.

If that does not work, then it is critical to look at your inner world and how it hinders you.

Some habits can be difficult to break because to change the habit, you must first change yourself.

Go within and learn to recognize and let go of the inner aspects of you that no longer serve. 

Then, say goodbye to who you use to be and embrace who you are becoming.

You have nothing to lose an everything to gain.
